Millie grew up in a very large family of 11 kids, so constantly surrounded by other siblings made being active easy. She dabbled in team sports here and there, but mostly enjoyed more extreme sports such as; rock climbing, snowboarding, and teaching herself to surf (or at least trying). It wasn’t until 2012 when she committed more time and efforts to pursuing an active lifestyle for herself, and found passion in weight lifting and nutrition. She has been drawn to the beauty of strength and power and seeing what the body can do. Leading her to start a career in personal training and helping others in their own fitness journey and goals. Millie pays attention to detail and will not tolerate injuries on her watch!
